On behalf of the Board, the Joint Principal Advisers wish to announce that the SC had, via its letter dated 18 August 2026 (which was received on 19 August 2026), granted its approval for IRMSB's application for the regulated activity of fund management in relation to asset management restricted to REIT.

The above approval is subject to terms and conditions, further details of which are set out in the attachment.
