The Board of Directors of SRKK AI wishes to announce that the Company, had on 19 August 2026 entered into five (5) separate Sale and Purchase Agreements with the respective vendors for the proposed acquisitions of five (5) office units known as 13A-8, 13A-9, 13A-10, 13A-11 and 13A-12, Storey No.13A Floor of Port Tech City @ BBK, Jalan Tiara 3/KU01, Bandar Baru Klang, 41150 Klang, Selangor Darul Ehsan, for a total cash consideration of Ringgit Malaysia One Million Six Hundred and Ten Thousand (RM1,610,000.00) only ("the Proposed Acquisitions").
