Reference is made to the Company's announcements dated 28 July 2026 and 7 August 2026 in relation to the delay in the issuance of the annual report for the financial year ended 31 March 2026.

The Board of Directors ("Board") of LYC wishes to announce that the Company remains unable to release its Annual Report for the financial year ended 31 March 2026, comprising the annual audited financial statements together with the auditors' and directors' reports for the financial year ended 31 March 2026 ("Annual Report 2026"), to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad and the shareholders.

The delay for the issuance of the Annual Report 2026 is primarily due to the External Auditors, Messrs SBY Partners PLT, who is undertaking the audit, requires more time to complete their audit procedures in relation to the information provided by the Company. 

The Company will continue to work closely with the External Auditors towards the finalisation of the audit.

Notwithstanding the above, the Company requires an additional two (2) weeks to complete and finalise the Annual Report 2026 and expects to issue and submit the Annual Report 2026 within two (2) weeks from the date of this announcement.

For information, the trading in the securities of LYC has been suspended with effect from 10 August 2026 pending the issuance and submission of the Annual Report 2026.

The Company will make the necessary announcement on the progress of the above matter as and when there are any material developments.
