The Board of Directors of Mah Sing ("Board") wishes to announce that Southville City Sdn Bhd ("SVCSB" or "Vendor"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Mah Sing, has on 20 August 2026 entered into a conditional Sale and Purchase Agreement ("SPA") with WG Malaysia X Sdn Bhd ("Purchaser") for the proposed disposal of approximately 78.80 acres of freehold land located in Mukim Dengkil, Daerah Sepang, Negeri Selangor ("Disposal Lands") for a total cash consideration of RM617,855,040, equivalent to RM180 per square foot ("Disposal Consideration").
