Reference is made to the Company's announcements made on 23 August 2023, 23 February 2024 and 22 August 2025 ("Previous Announcements"). Unless otherwise stated, the abbreviations and definitions used herein shall have the same meanings as those used in the Previous Announcements.

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Strategic Cooperation Agreement entered into between KSFI and Wellspire Global Trading on 23 August 2023 for a term of three (3) years ("Agreement") will expire on 22 August 2026. Both parties have mutually agreed not to extend the term, and the Agreement will accordingly lapse upon its expiry.

The non-renewal of the Agreement has been agreed after taking into consideration the prevailing market conditions for the proposed candy products in the Thailand market.

The non-renewal of the Agreement will not have any material effect on the earnings, net assets, or operations of KSB Group for the financial year ending 30 June 2027.
