The Board of Directors of Omesti Berhad ("Omesti" or "the Company") wishes to announce that the Company is proposing to change its name "Omesti Berhad" to "Tegra Berhad" ("Proposed Change of Name"), subject to shareholders' approval at an Extraordinary General Meeting to be convened. 

The reservation of the proposed name "TEGRA BERHAD" was approved by the Companies Commission of Malaysia ("CCM") on 18 August 2026.

The proposed name Tegra combines the Malay concept of Teguh (strength and resilience) with integra (integrity), symbolising trust, completeness and reliability, and represents a new phase of growth, stronger institutional positioning, a more robust balance sheet, and a commitment to delivering sovereign digital infrastructure and next-generation technology solutions to government and enterprise stakeholders.

A Circular to Shareholders containing details of the Proposed Change of Name will be issued to shareholders and published on the Company's website, in due course.
