The Board of Directors of AbleGroup Berhad (the "Board") wishes to announce that the Company has received written notice dated 19 August 2026 from Messrs SBY Partners PLT ("SBY") on their resignation as the Auditors of the Company with immediate effect.

SBY had been re-appointed as the Auditors of the Company at the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company held on 21 May 2026 to hold office until the conclusion of the next AGM of the Company. The resignation of SBY is on voluntary basis due to constraints on the number of partners within the firm.

Save for the above, the Board is not aware of any issues or matters that need to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company.

Further announcement will be made by the Company once the appointment of the new auditors has been finalised by the Company.
