The Board of Directors of Camaroe wishes to announce that the Company had on 20 August 2026 entered into a Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU") with Huawei Technologies (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. ("Huawei") and Sustainno Sdn. Bhd.("Sustainno") to provide a collaborative framework for the Company, Huawei and Sustainno (collectively referred to as "Parties" and individually as "Party") for the collaboration on the development of Camaroe's Sustainable Aquaculture Green Transformation Roadmap ("Roadmap"), which embodies Camaroe's commitment to environmentally responsible aquaculture practices and technological innovation in aquaculture production by exploring the adoption of renewable energy and smart energy management technologies as part of its Roadmap.
