Reference is made to the Company's announcement dated 7 August 2026 on the application for extension of time for submission of the revised regularisation plan to Bursa Securities.

On behalf of the Board of Directors of TXCD, Maybank Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that Bursa Securities had, vide its letter dated 20 August 2026 approved the application for an extension of time up to 7 February 2027 for TXCD to submit the revised regularisation plan to Bursa Securities.
