We refer to the announcements dated 17 April 2025, 24 April 2025, 17 July 2025, 27 August 2025, 14 November 2025, 16 April 2026 and 13 May 2026 in relation to the Proposed Joint Venture ("Announcement"). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcement shall apply herein.

On behalf of the Company, Kenanga IB wishes to announce that, pursuant to the letter of extension dated 21 August 2026, FHB, SUSB and BDSB have mutually agreed, in accordance with the SUSB Shareholders' Agreement, to extend the period for SUSB to obtain banking facilities and/or through any possible means to repay and/or redeem the SUSB Settlement Amount for a further period of 1 month, up to 21 September 2026.
