Sapura Resources Berhad ("SRB" or "the Company") wishes to announce that Invation Aero Sdn. Bhd. ("IASB"), an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of SRB, is proposing to undertake a creditors' voluntary winding up pursuant to the Companies Act 2016 ("Proposed CVL").

In connection with the Proposed CVL, meetings of the members and creditors of IASB have been scheduled to be held on 14 September 2026 for the purposes of considering the Proposed CVL and the appointment of a liquidator.

IASB is not a significant subsidiary of SRB. It has ceased its business operations and is currently dormant.

The Proposed CVL is not expected to have any material effect on the earnings, net assets, gearing or operations of SRB and its subsidiaries ("SRB Group"), nor is SRB expected to incur any material loss arising from the Proposed CVL.

SRB will make further announcement(s) on any material development in relation to the Proposed CVL, where required.
