Pursuant to Chapter 9, Paragraph 9.19(23) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of TCB wishes to announce that the Company has on 23 July 2026, acquired 10 ordinary shares representing 100% of the issued and paid-up share capital of  BK Hitech Industrial Park Holding Sdn Bhd (202101044442) (1444742-U) ("BHIPHSB") for a total cash consideration of RM10.00 only ("Acquisition").

Upon the Acquisition, BHIPHSB shall become the wholly-owned subsidiary of TCB.
