We refer to the announcements dated 25 October 2019, 27 November 2019, 15 July 2020 and 28 July 2026 in respect of the Legal Proceedings against the 1st Defendant, 2nd Defendant and 3rd Defendant. Unless otherwise stated, the definitions used herein shall have the same meanings as set out in the said announcements.

 

The Company wishes to announce that the Plaintiff, through its solicitors, had on 21 August 2026, filed the Notice of Appeal against the High Court decision.  

 

The Company will make further announcement upon any material development.
