- OFFER AND GRANT OF OPTIONS UNDER THE EMPLOYEES SHARE OPTION SCHEME, WHICH FORMS PART OF THE LONG-TERM INCENTIVE PLAN
Pursuant to Paragraph 9.19(51) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Company wishes to announce that 13,750,000 options were offered on 21 August 2026 pursuant to the Employees Share Option Scheme ("ESOS"), which is part of the Long-Term Incentive Plan at an option price of RM0.4554 to eligible employees and Director of the Company and its subsidiaries that are not dormant.
