Pursuant to Paragraph 9.19 (46) of the Main Market Listing Requirement of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of Fiamma ("Board") wishes to announce that Fiamma and its subsidiaries ("the Group") had undertaken a revaluation exercise on the property of the Group for the financial period ended 30 June 2026. ("Revaluation").

The Board had approved the incorporation of the revaluation surplus arising from the Revaluation and this will be appropriately reflected in the Group's financial results for the financial period ended 30 June 2026.

The Revaluation was carried out to reflect the market value of the property to the unaudited financial statements of the Group for the financial period ended 30 June 2026. This Revaluation is in compliance with Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards.

The details of the property is as follows:

The total Revaluation Surplus of RM10.203 million (net of deferred tax) has resulted in an increase in the net assets per share of the Group by RM0.0192 to RM1.5381 as at 30 June 2026.

The valuation report of the property is available for inspection at the registered office of the Company at E-10-4, Megan Avenue 1, 189, Jalan Tun Razak, 50400 Kuala Lumpur between 9.00 a.m. and 6.00 p.m. from Monday to Friday (except public holidays) for a period of 3 months from the date of this announcement.
