Pursuant to Rule 8.25 and Guidance Note 4 of the ACE Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Listing Requirements"), we wish to announce that the aggregate amount of financial assistance provided by the Company's wholly owned subsidiary, ORIC Capital Sdn Bhd (Formerly known as HHRG Capital Sdn. Bhd.) ("ORIC Capital"), a licensed moneylending company, pursuant to its ordinary course of moneylending business as at 30 June 2026 is as set out below:

The provision of financial assistance as set out above has no significant impact on the net assets and earnings per share of HHRG Group for the financial period ended 30 June 2026.

The details of the provision of financial assistance by ORIC Capital pursuant to the Listing Requirements are set out in the attachment.
