On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce that the office copy of the High Court Order has been lodged with the Registrar of Companies on 24 August 2026. Accordingly, the reduction of the issued share capital of the Company as confirmed by the High Court has taken effect on 24 August 2026 pursuant to Section 116(6) of the Act.
