Unless stated otherwise, definitions used in this announcement shall carry the same meanings as defined in the announcement dated 16 June 2026 ("Announcement").

Further to the Announcement, the Company wishes to announce that the hearing of the Petition, which was fixed on 18 August 2026, has been vacated following the Respondent's application to oppose the Petition. Accordingly, the Court has deferred the fixing of a new hearing date pending the determination of the Respondent's application.

The Company will make further announcements as and when there are any material developments in relation to the Petition.
