The Board of Directors ("Board") of Mah Sing wishes to announce that on 26 August 2026, Capitol Avenue Development Sdn Bhd ("CADSB" or the "Purchaser"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Mah Sing, had entered into the following agreements:
a conditional sale and purchase agreement ("SPA") with Chin & Tan Holdings Sdn Bhd ("CTHSB") for the proposed acquisition of a piece of freehold land held under Geran Mukim 20, Lot 847, Tempat Jalan Bukit Belachan, Mukim Ampang, Daerah Hulu Langat, Negeri Selangor, measuring approximately 30,477.8391 square metres ("Land 1") for a total cash consideration of RM109,900,000.00;
a conditional SPA with CTHSB for the proposed acquisition of a piece of leasehold land located at Plot 1, Kampung Lembah Jaya Selatan, Seksyen 15, Bandar Ampang, Daerah Hulu Langat, measuring approximately 8,024.92338 square metres ("Land 2") for a total consideration of RM12,717,000.00; and
- a conditional SPA with Destar Nurani (M) Sdn Bhd ("DNMSB") for the proposed acquisition of a piece of freehold land held under Geran Mukim 522, Lot 64403 Seksyen 15, Tempat 6 3/4 Mile Bukit Blachan Road, Bandar Ampang, Daerah Hulu Langat, Negeri Selangor, measuring approximately 19,681 square metres ("Land 3") for a total consideration of RM63,553,000.00.
