On behalf of the Board, Maybank Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that the Company has, on 26 August 2026, submitted an application to BNM to seek the approval of the MOF through BNM pursuant to Sections 101 and 102 of the IFSA in respect of the Proposed Divestment.
