The Board of Directors of Sapura Industrial Berhad ("Company") wishes to announce that the Company had on 26 August 2026 entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with Malaysia Automotive Robotics and IoT Institute (Company No. 201001014384 (898618-T)), to explore collaboration opportunities in promoting the advancement of Malaysia's automotive industry through strategic collaboration in research, innovation, industrial development, policy support, and human capital development.
