The Board of Directors of CBHB ("the Board") wishes to announce that CBH Engineering Sdn Bhd ("CBH Engineering"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, has on 26 August 2026 accepted the Work Order from Company A ("Contract") for the design, supply, installation and commissioning works of a Consumer Substation (Phase 2) and medium voltage installation and commissioning of works for a data centre located in Johor Darul Ta'zim ("Works").
