The Board of Directors of the Company had on 26 August 2026 approved the change of the financial year end of the Company from 30 June to 31 December. The next financial year will be commencing from 1 July 2025 to 31 December 2026, covering a period of 18 months. The rationale for the change is to align the Company operations, improve financial reporting management and operational efficiency.
