Reference is made to the Company's announcement dated 7 August 2026 in relation to the acceptance of the Letter of Award from a large construction and engineering company headquartered in China for the Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) works for the proposed development of a 2-storey consumer landing station building for a data centre located at Johor Bahru District, Johor Darul Ta'zim, Malaysia.

The Company wishes to announce that there was an inadvertent typographical error in the description of the voltage rating of the proposed consumer landing station.

The voltage rating should read:

"275kV/11kV"

instead of:

"265kV/11kV"

Accordingly, the relevant portion of the announcement shall be read as "2 Storey 275kV/11kV Consumer Landing Station Building".

All other information contained in the original announcement remains unchanged.
