The Board of Directors of YOCB is pleased to announce that a Final Single Tier Tax-Exempt Dividend of 4.0 sen per share has been proposed in respect of the financial year ended 30 June 2026. The proposed Final Single Tier Tax-Exempt Dividend will be subject to the shareholders' approval at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of YOCB.

The entitlement date and payment date of the aforementioned dividend will be announced at a later date.
