The Board of Directors of Divfex Berhad ("Board") announces with profound sadness the passing of the Company's Independent Non-Executive Chairperson, Y.A.M. Tengku Puteri Seri Kemala Tengku Dato' Sri Setia Hajjah Aishah Binti Almarhum Sultan Haji Ahmad Shah Al-Musta'in Billah, DK., SAAS., SSAP., SIMP., on 26 August 2026.

Y.A.M. Tengku Aishah was appointed to the Board of Divfex on 8 October 2018 and had served the Company with distinction and dedication throughout her tenure.

The Board wishes to place on record its deepest appreciation and gratitude for Y.A.M. Tengku Aishah's invaluable leadership, wisdom, guidance and contributions to the Company and the Group over the years. Her passing is a profound loss to the Board and the entire Divfex Group.

The Board, Management and employees of Divfex and its Group of Companies extend their deepest condolences to Kebawah Duli Paduka Baginda Sultan Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah Ri'ayatuddin Al-Mustafa Billah Shah, the Pahang Royal Family and the family of Almarhumah during this time of bereavement.
