We refer to the previous announcements and the explanatory statement/circular to shareholders dated 2 March 2026 in relation to the Internal Reorganisation ("Explanatory Statement/Circular"). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Explanatory Statement/Circular shall apply herein.

On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that the sealed Court Order dated 24 June 2026 ("Sealed Order") in sanctioning and approving the Scheme of Arrangement has been lodged with the Companies Commission of Malaysia on 27 August 2026. Pursuant thereto, the Scheme of Arrangement shall take effect on 27 August 2026 pursuant to Section 366 of the Act.
