Pursuant to Paragraph 8.23(1)(ii) and Practice Note 11 of the Main Market Listing Requirements ("MMLR") of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Malaysia"), the Board of Directors of LICB wishes to announce the required information in relation to the moneylending operations of Sucorp Enterprise Sdn Bhd ("Sucorp"), a licensed moneylending company and a wholly-owned subsidiary of LICB, in the ordinary course of Sucorp's business for the quarter ended 30 June 2026.
