The Board of Directors of MBGB ("Board") wishes to announce that TTOP Industrial & Engineering Sdn. Bhd. ("TTOP"), a 70%-owned subsidiary of the Company, has on 27 August 2026 accepted a purchase order issued by Company A ("Contract") for Package 5: engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning ("EPCC") works for electrical and instrumentation, including design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning, for a project located in Negeri Sembilan.
