[Unless otherwise stated or redefined, all abbreviations and definitions used herein shall have the same meanings as those set out in the Company's announcement dated 14 July 2026 in relation to the MOU entered into between MHSB with SQPG concerning MHSB's proposed Smart AI Container Port at Port Dickson, Negeri Sembilan ("Port Project"), and the fundraising activities which MHSB may undertake, at such time as it deems expedient, in relation thereto ("Fundraising Efforts") ("Announcement")].
 

Further to the Announcement, the Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Parties remain engaged in discussions and work on the definitive agreement is still in progress.
