Further to Listing Circular No. ILC-03082026-00003, kindly be advised that the above Company had, on 27 August 2026, submitted its annual report that includes the annual audited financial statements together with the auditors' and directors' reports in respect of the financial year ended 31 March 2026 to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") for public release pursuant to Rule 9.23(1) of the ACE Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities.

In view of the above, kindly be advised that trading in the Company's securities will be uplifted with effect from 9.00 a.m., Friday, 28 August 2026.
