Reference is made to the Company's announcements dated 30 April 2019, 8 March 2023, 26 May 2023 and 16 July 2026 relating to a claim brought against the Company by Ayer Itam Properties Sdn. Bhd. ("AIPSB") (the "Litigation"). Unless otherwise stated, the definitions used herein shall have the same meanings given to them in those announcements.

The Company wishes to announce that it has today delivered to the Plaintiff's solicitors, as stakeholders, a cheque for RM11,553,055.16, representing the judgment sum, accrued interest and costs. Upon clearance, the said sum will be deposited into and retained in an interest-bearing client account maintained by the Plaintiff's solicitors, in their capacity as stakeholders, pending the final determination of the Federal Court proceedings, including the application for leave to appeal and, if leave is granted, the substantive appeal.

The Board will make the necessary announcements if there is any further material development on the Litigation.
