The Closing Price of RM0.6479 was determined based on the average volume weighted average market price of ZETRIX shares for the 5 market days prior to and including the market day immediately before the Expiry Date.
As the Closing Price is lower than ZETRIX-CA3's Exercise Price of RM0.70, holders of ZETRIX-CA3 will not be entitled to receive any payment from us. All outstanding and unexercised ZETRIX-CA3 will cease to be valid and all of our obligations in respect of ZETRIX-CA3 shall terminate absolutely.
