Unless stated otherwise, the terms used herein shall carry the same meaning as those defined in the earlier announcement in relation to the Proposed Subscription.

We refer to the earlier announcement dated 30 July 2026 in relation to the Proposed Subscription.

Pursuant to the Subscription Agreement dated 30 July 2026 entered into between the Company and the Promoters ("Parties") pertaining to the Proposed Subscription, the Subscription Agreement shall be conditional upon the fulfilment or waiver of the conditions precedent on or before the Long Stop Date (i.e. by 30 August 2026), subject to any extension as permitted under the Subscription Agreement.

On behalf of the Board, UOBKH is pleased to announce that the Parties had on 28 August 2026 mutually agreed to further extend the Long Stop Date of the Subscription Agreement until 30 September 2026 ("Extension"). The Extension was made in order to grant the Parties an additional 1 month to fulfill the conditions precedent of the Subscription Agreement.
