2) The last date of lodgment : 14 Sep 2026

Remarks:
The Bonus Shares will be listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 15 September 2026, being the next market day after the Entitlement Date.

The notices of allotment will be issued and despatched to all entitled shareholders of IDEAL whose names appear in the Record of Depositors of IDEAL on the Entitlement Date within 4 market days after 15 September 2026.

Entitled shareholders are not required to take any action.
