The Board of Directors of CHGP ("the Board") wishes to announce that Chin Hin Property (Tebrau) Sdn Bhd (formerly known as Chin Hin Management Sdn Bhd) ("CHPT"), a 65% owned subsidiary of BKG Development Sdn Bhd ("BKGD"), which in turn is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, had on 28 August 2026 entered into a shareholders' agreement ("SHA") with BKGD and EC Properties (M) Sdn Bhd ("ECPMSB") to regulate the management and affairs of CHPT and their relationship as shareholders of CHPT in respect of the development of the Project (as defined in item 2.4 of this announcement) on the Land (as defined in item 2.3 of this announcement).
