INITIAL PUBLIC OFFERING IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE LISTING OF GTA ON THE ACE MARKET OF BURSA MALAYSIA SECURITIES BERHAD ("IPO")

Reference is made to the announcements dated 19 August 2026 and 28 August 2026 ("Announcements") and the prospectus of GTA dated 19 August 2026 ("Prospectus"). Unless otherwise stated, all defined terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Prospectus.

 

 

On behalf of the Board, HLIB wishes to announce the following in relation to the IPO:

 

  1. distribution of the Institutional Offering; and

     

  2. disclosure of placees who become substantial shareholders of GTA arising from the IPO, if any.
