ESTABLISHMENT OF AN EMPLOYEES' SHARE OPTION SCHEME OF UP TO 10.0% OF THE TOTAL NUMBER OF ISSUED SHARES OF YSPSAH (EXCLUDING TREASURY SHARES, IF ANY) AT ANY POINT IN TIME ("ESOS")

We refer to the previous announcements and the circular to shareholders dated 22 April 2026 ("Circular") in relation to the ESOS. Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Circular shall apply herein.

 

On behalf of the Board, UOBKH is pleased to announce that pursuant to Paragraph 6.43(1) of the Listing Requirements, the effective date for the implementation of the ESOS has been fixed on 1 September 2026, being the date of full compliance of the ESOS.
