On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that RedPlanet had on 1 September 2026 entered into an underwriting agreement with UOBKH, being the Underwriter, for the underwriting of 40,251,200 Issue Shares which are available for application by the Malaysian Public and Eligible Persons.
