We refer to the announcements dated 28 April 2026, 30 April 2026, 4 May 2026, 7 May 2026, 5 June 2026, 8 June 2026, 30 June 2026, 2 July 2026, 7 August 2026, 10 August 2026, 11 August 2026, 12 August 2026 and 24 August 2026 in relation to the Proposals ("Announcements"). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.

On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce that the settlement of the distribution of RM0.91 for each PEB Share via the Distribution has been effected in favour of:

(i) the entitled shareholders, whose names appear in the Record of Depositors of the Company on the close of business at 5.00 p.m. on 24 August 2026 ("Entitled Shareholders"), who maintain eDividend accounts, via electronic remittance to the Entitled Shareholders' eDividend accounts registered with Bursa Malaysia Depository Sdn Bhd ("Bursa Depository"); and

(ii) the Entitled Shareholders, who do not maintain eDividend accounts, via remittance in the form of cheques, bankers' draft and/ or cashiers' orders despatched by ordinary mail to the Entitled Shareholders (or their designated agents, as they may direct) at the Entitled Shareholders' registered address last maintained with Bursa Depository.

The Distribution has been duly credited on 1 September 2026 and hence, the Distribution has been completed on 1 September 2026.

Subsequent to the completion of the Distribution, an application for the voluntary withdrawal of the listing of the Company from the Official List of Main Market of Bursa Securities has been submitted to Bursa Securities on 1 September 2026.
