The Board of Directors ("Board") of YBS International Berhad ("YBS" or the "Company") wishes to announce that the Company had proposed to change its name from "YBS International Berhad" to "Allied Advance Technologies Berhad" ("Proposed Change of Name").

The proposed name, Allied Advance Technologies Berhad, was approved and reserved by the Companies Commission of Malaysia ("CCM") for the Company until 16 September 2026.

The Proposed Change of Name was subsequently approved by the shareholders of the Company at the 24th Annual General Meeting held on 28 August 2026.

The Proposed Change of Name will take effect upon the issuance of the Notice of Registration of New Name by CCM.
