We refer to the previous announcements and the circular to shareholders dated 19 June 2026 in relation to the Capital Reduction ("Circular"). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Circular shall apply herein.

On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that the High Court of Malaya at Ipoh had, on 2 September 2026, granted an order confirming the Capital Reduction. The sealed court order will be extracted and lodged with the Registrar of Companies for the Capital Reduction to take effect.

The effective date of the Capital Reduction will be announced in due course.
