The Board of Directors of Ramssol ("Board") wishes to announce that Rams Aitech Sdn. Bhd. ("RAMS AITECH"), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company has on 2 September 2026 entered into a Memorandum of Agreement ("MOA") with Linear Channel Sdn. Bhd. ("Linear Channel"), to formalise the overarching commercial framework governing the collaboration between RAMS AITECH and Linear Channel in relation to the supply and provision of information technology devices, artificial intelligence software solutions and device monitoring software under Linear Channel's GreenElite Pro device-as-a-service programme ("Programme") ("Collaboration").

Under the Programme, Linear Channel contracts directly with small and medium enterprise end customers ("End Customers") for the rental of information technology equipment bundled with artificial intelligence software and device fleet monitoring services. Linear Channel is responsible for the End Customer relationship, deployment, servicing, billing and collection, whilst RAMS AITECH supplies and licenses the relevant artificial intelligence software and device monitoring software and provisions the devices to Linear Channel. RAMS AITECH does not contract directly with, invoice or bear the credit risk of the End Customers.

The MOA supplements and is to be read together with the agreements entered into or to be entered into between RAMS AITECH and Linear Channel as set out in Section 3 below (collectively, the "Constituent Agreements").
