The Board of Directors of RNG Tech Berhad ("Board") wishes to announce that Rest n Go (Thailand) Company Limited ("REST N GO (THAILAND)"), a subsidiary of the Company, had on 2 September 2026 entered into a Memorandum of Agreement ("Agreement") with CP AXTRA Public Company Limited ("CP AXTRA") for a massage chair partnership, pursuant to which REST N GO (THAILAND) shall be appointed as the sole provider and operator of massage chair services at selected Lotus's stores in Thailand comprising hypermarket, supermarket and community mall formats, at such locations as may be agreed in writing between REST N GO (THAILAND) and CP AXTRA  ("Lotus's Stores") ("Partnership").
