Further to the Company's announcement dated 1 September 2026, unless otherwise stated, the definitions and terms used herein shall have the same meanings as those defined in the announcement.

 

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to confirm that AZSB is not a major subsidiary of AZRB based on the percentage of its contribution over total assets employed of the Company on a consolidated basis of 6.8% as defined under Paragraph 1.01 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
