Pursuant to Paragraph 10.09(1)(a) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Listing Requirements"), the Board of Directors of Warisan TC Holdings Berhad ("WTCH") wishes to announce that the Company and/or its subsidiaries ("WTCH Group") have entered into recurrent related party transactions of a revenue or trading nature in the ordinary course of business ("RRPTs") with Tan Chong Motor Holdings Berhad ("TCMH") and/or its subsidiaries ("TCMH Group"), APM Automotive Holdings Berhad ("APM") and/or its subsidiaries ("APM Group"), and Directors and major shareholders of WTCH Group and persons connected with them (collectively, "Related Parties") during the period from 12 June 2026 to 1 September 2026, the aggregate percentage ratio of which is 2% or more, as more particularly described in the attachment herewith.
