The Board of Directors of Orgabio Holdings Berhad ("Orgabio" or "the Company") is pleased to announce that Orgabio Manufacturing Sdn. Bhd. ("OMSB" or "the Purchaser"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, had on 3 September 2026 entered into a Sale and Purchase Agreement ("SPA") with Chung Lian Fatt ("the Vendor") for the proposed acquisition of a piece of freehold land held under issue document of title bearing particulars GM 3383 Lot No. 27601, Tempat Bangi, Mukim Semenyih, Daerah Ulu Langat, Negeri Selangor measuring approximately 5,263 square metres in area together with a single storey detached building erected thereon bearing postal address PT 29952, HSM 8080 Jalan Bangi, Mukim Semenyih ("Property") for a total purchase consideration of RM11,260,000.00 only ("Purchase Price") for the purpose of warehouse development ("Proposed Acquisition") to be satisfied entirely in cash.
