Further to the Company's announcement dated 31 March 2026, the Board of Directors of Divfex Berhad ("DFX") wishes to announce that Cogent Consulting Sdn Bhd ("Cogent"), a 81.25%-owned dormant subsidiary of DFX, has been officially struck off from the Register of the Companies Commission of Malaysia upon publication of the name of Cogent in the Gazette on 1 September 2026 pursuant to Section 551(3) of the Companies Act 2016.

The struck off of Cogent will not have any material effect on the earnings and net assets of DFX for the financial year ending 30 June 2027.

None of the directors or substantial shareholders of DFX or persons connected with them has any interest, whether direct or indirect, in the said struck off.
