The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that Morison LC PLT (202206000028 (LLP0032572-LCA) & (AF 002469)), having consented to act, has been appointed as the Auditors of the Company for the financial period ended 31 August 2026 with effect from 3 September 2026.
