We refer to the announcements dated 26 May 2026 and 30 July 2026 ("Announcements").

(Unless otherwise defined, the abbreviations used throughout this announcement are the same as those previously defined in the Announcements.)
 

On behalf of the Board, CGS MY wishes to announce that Bursa Securities had, vide its letter dated 4 September 2026, resolved to approve the listing and quotation of 45,000,000 Subscription Shares to be issued pursuant to the Proposed Subscription, subject to the following conditions:

(i)    Amtel and CGS MY must fully comply with the relevant provisions under the Listing Requirements pertaining to the implementation of the Proposed Subscription;

(ii)   Amtel must comply with the public security holding spread requirements pursuant to Paragraph 8.02(1) of the Listing Requirements upon listing and quotation of the Subscription Shares;

(iii)  Amtel is required to furnish Bursa Securities with a certified true copy of the resolutions passed by shareholders in general meeting approving the Proposals prior to the listing and quotation of the Subscription Shares;

(iv)  Amtel and CGS MY are required to inform Bursa Securities upon completion of the Proposed Subscription; and

(v)   Amtel is required to furnish Bursa Securities with a written confirmation of its compliance with the terms and conditions of Bursa Securities' approval once the Proposals are completed.
